This article takes "theory" very serious. But real
life is not like that. Go visit Beirut, go visit
Agadir, or Istanbul, go visit Yafo. You don´t have
to go all the way in order to have fun.

And within marriage sexual pleasure is part of the
deal for both sides.

As for the west and its emphasis on sexual
pleasures - it´s mostly theoretical. Or, to cite
Henryk M. Broder: "the ultimate taboo - sex in
marriage".

With women out of touch - and out of sight --
until marriage, males experience pre-marital sex
only in the confines of being with other males.
Their sexual outlet mostly includes victimizing
younger males - just the way they were victimized.

I guess that is as legitimate a contention as
saying, German women are victimized sex objects
because you can purchase soft-porn magazines on
every newsstand here.

In all of these circumstances, the idea of love is
removed from men´s understanding of sexuality.
Like the essence of Arab masculinity, it is
reduced to hurting others by violence.

...sure, and German men´s idea of love is reduced
to the halbzeit-break during a bundesliga soccer
game.

Get a life. Arab couples are just as happy /
unhappy as couples here, or why do you think
there´s a special profession called "couple
therapists"?
