Die gesamte franz. Aussenpolitik nach dem Krieg
war praktisch ein Fehlschlag - bis auf den Rückzug

inglorious diplomatic record in the past century.
It is a terrible thing to say, but he is the
President France deserves - and the national
leader the rest of the democratic world should
most scrupulously ignore."

Die franz. Freundschaft ist für ein Europa
wichtig, aber Frankreich ist unzuverlässig und
selbstsüchtiger als alle anderen.

Arafat noch nicht gelyncht haben. Wenn jemand für
deren Probleme die Verantwortung trägt, dann er.
