Ja. Dummerweise ist der Unterschied nur, dass das
Übergriffe einzelner und nicht offizielle
Maßnahmen der *Justiz* waren, dass sowas die
AUSNAHME, nicht die REGEL ist und das sowas
UNTERSUCHT und BESTRAFT wird, wie in einem
westlich-demokratischen Gemeinwesen üblich.

Ist dieser Unterschied deutlich genug, um sogar
von ihnen verstanden zu werden?

Aber klar, unter Hitler hat es ja auch keine
Verbrechen gegeben und ein deutscher Soldat hätte
sowas nie getan, nicht wahr?
